This Privacy Policy explains how Axon Us Corp ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our internal software application used to manage our own eBay store (the "Application").
The Application is used exclusively by our own authorized staff to operate and maintain our own eBay listings. It is an internal business tool: it is not offered as a service to third parties, and we do not process data on behalf of other eBay sellers or for the accounts of other sellers.
The Application accesses product images only. Specifically:
We do not access or store buyer personal information, buyer or member messages, order or payment details, financial information, or any data belonging to other sellers.
If the scope of data we access ever changes, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.
Images are used solely to prepare, upload and update the product images displayed on our own eBay listings, so that our listings appear correctly to shoppers. We do not use images to identify individuals, to build advertising profiles, or for any purpose unrelated to managing our own listings.
Images and related records are stored on servers controlled by Axon Us Corp. All communication between the Application and eBay is encrypted using HTTPS. Access to stored images and credentials is restricted to authorized personnel only, and API credentials are kept in access-controlled systems.
We do not sell, rent or trade any data. Images are shared with eBay, as the platform that hosts our listings, and with infrastructure providers that host our servers where strictly necessary, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
We retain images only for as long as they are needed for our listings and our internal business records. Images removed from our listings are deleted from our systems within 30 days.
If you believe we hold information about you and would like it accessed, corrected or deleted, email us at adventurerbag@gmail.com. We will respond to your request and delete the relevant data within 30 days.
